Dinner for a Dollar is
a monthly event organized by the Ecumenical Center in collaboration
with various organizations from the area and a few departments from the
university.
On the first Monday of every month, between 5 and 6 pm, an
organization from the community sponsors a dinner for the university
community, and the attendees can get in by paying $1 or bring a
nonperishable food item.
The upcoming Dinner for a Dollar will be on March 1, 2010 between 5 and 6 pm.
The menu for this dinner is:
- Sloppy Joes
- Tofu Sloppy Joes
- Potato Salad
- Potato Chips
- and some delicious desserts
As always, the cost is $1.00 or a non-perishable food donation.
All proceeds and donations are donated to the Freedom House
